1. Introduction

Welcome to The Candidate Group platform ("TCG"). By accessing or using our websites, dashboards, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use TCG.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

• You must provide accurate registration details (full name, email, contact number) and keep them updated.
• Employers/Advertisers warrant they are authorised to recruit or promote and comply with applicable laws.
• Admins comprise Owner, Superusers, Finance, and General Admin. Only Owner/Finance may authorise refunds.

3. Roles & Access

Role-based access control applies: Candidates, Employers, Advertisers, and Admin (Owner, Superusers, Finance, General Admin). Features are limited to authorised roles.

4. Content & Conduct

• You are responsible for content you upload (CVs, photos, videos, ads, job posts, messages).
• No unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content. No malware or scraping.

5. Payments & Taxes

Paid features (e.g., Spotlight, Job boosts, Advertising tiers, Trainers On-Demand) are billed in GBP unless stated. Prices may change. You are responsible for any taxes.

6. Spotlight & Trainers On-Demand

Spotlight profiles require valid ID verification prior to purchase. Trainers On-Demand is a separate service with its own pricing and terms. Admin approval is required for public listing.

7. Data & Privacy

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using TCG, you consent to such processing.

8. Security

Keep credentials secure; notify us of suspected compromise. We may suspend or terminate access for security or policy reasons.

9. Intellectual Property

TCG trademarks, logos, and the site design remain our property. User uploads remain the property of their owners; you grant TCG a licence to host and display them for service operation.

10. Refunds

Refunds are discretionary and only available where expressly provided. Only Owner and Finance roles can authorise refunds.

11. Disclaimers & Liability

Services are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCG disclaims warranties and limits liability.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting the revised version with a new "last updated" date.
